A mini desktop framed and matted print of St. Joseph and the child Jesus by Charles Bosseron Chambers, a Catholic born in St.
Louis in 1883. He studied in Berlin, Dresden, Vienna, and Italy before settling in Manhattan with his wife, Anne.
While he painted and drew secular subjects, Chambers is best known for his religious art.
The images were almost always portraits. Matted print is 2.75 X 4 1/4. Outside dimensions of the frame are 6" X 8" There is a cardboard attached easel for desk, counter or shelf.
A classic timeless print for your home and for gift giving. The frame has brown, black and gold colors.
